Cla of Bryophyta, comprising the Liverworts, or Liver mo es. They They are small but beautiful plants, terrestrial or aquatic in habit, and of no economic importance. Hepatic Cæca. Tree-like prolongations from the pyloric cæca of the starfish, its so-called liver.
