Sherman, John

Ct., 1772-1828. A Unitarian clergyman of Trenton Falls, New York, where he conducted an academy. From 1797 to 1805 he was a Congregational minister at Mans field, Connecticut, but resigned his charge on account of his becoming a Unitarian.
