Banstead, Surrey 7 Feb. 1825; composed several hundred songs, many of which became very popular; her operetta Widows Bewitched was performed at St. George’s hall, London 13 Nov. 1867; composed 3 cantatas Dreamland , Evangeline and Graziella . ( m. Nov. 1874 George Edward March of the Foreign office, London, who wrote most of her librettos). d.
