{bull’ -ah) {bulla, abubble]. A bleb or blister, consisting of a portion of the epidermis detached from the skin by the infiltration beneath it of watery fluid, the result of a liquefaction-necrosis. B. ethmoidal is, a rounded projection into the middle meatus of the nose, due to an enlarged ethmoid cell. B. o ea, the inflated or dilated part of the bony external meatus of the ear.
