(a’pe-ol) [1,. a’pium parsley + o’leum oil]. A clear, volatile oil, C,,.H,,O,, often seen in white needles, derived from parsley (A’pium sati’vum): used in menstrual and malarial disorders. Dose, 3-5 min. (0.18-0.333 c.c.). Called also parsley camphor.
