Son of Glaucus, king of Corinth. Antea, wife of Prœtus, king of Argos, after soliciting his love in vain, accused him to her husband, and, to compa his death, he was sent by the king of Lycia to slay the monster Chimæra, but with the aid of the winged horse Pegasus destroyed her.
