Mustard Oil, Allyl thio carb imid. The principal constituent of ordinary mustard oil. It is a liquid not readily di olved by water; boils at 150. 70; at IC°, it has a sp. gr. of 1. 01 7; it has a pungent odor and vesicates the skin. A. sulphid, the e ential oil of garlic.
