variety of shower bath in which the water is projected forcibly against a part in the form of very fine jets. I, With cutting point for the skin; 2, with round point for suture of the intestine; 3, saddler's needle for the skin; 4, s, 6, 7, curved round-pointed needles for suture of the intestine or peritoneum; 8, 9, curved with cutting point for skin and mucous membrane.
