Laryngitis

Inflammation of the larynx, characterized by hoarsene , dryne of the throat, difficulty in swallowing, pain, cough, and more or le fever. When chronic or very severe, it may result in lo of the speech, the person not being able to speak above a whisper or in a rough, harsh tone.
