Laryngitis

(lar-in-ji’-tis). Inflammation of the larynx, causing lo of voice. Common in clergymen and public speakers. Keep the patient in a warm room, put on steam kettle, and watch for swellings or spasms. Avoid inhaling the patient’s breath. — s. 89 —
